About Us:
We are a family & friends owned and run independent Gym in Chessington, Surrey. We started
out as a very tiny gym studio in Epsom, growing membership purely by word of
mouth and building a reputation in the local area of offering quality gym
facilities, expert knowledge and results, along with
great atmosphere/community. We were even a top 3 winner of the Epsom and Ewell Business Excellence Awards in our
first year for Best New Business.
In 2015 we upsized to the large warehouse we currently have, and still gain most of our members through word of mouth alone.
We pride
ourselves on our Team; made up of our great staff and Personal Trainers and our friendly member
community, many of who are long term members. Our equipment that make up our facility is top end and personally selected and we continue to add to it. We
are independently owned and run and we succeed because we care about our gym,
about our members, their education and results.
We are different
to a corporate chain gym. We’re not here for a quick fix or a quick buck. We’re
here because we love it, we care and are in it to educate. We’re here for long
